Benny turned 2 last week, and while I know the toddler years will likely only get harder, I truly love this stage of seeing his little personality shine. We're getting to know more about who Benny is, what he likes & doesn't like, what he's learning, and what makes him smile.

We've also got a big life update - we're having another baby!
We couldn't be more excited to give Benny a sibling, and we know he's going to be the best big brother! We're supposed to meet Baby #2 in June which means I'm about 20 weeks right now! I'm thankful for another great pregnancy so far, and I'm looking forward to having a summer baby this time. We just can't wait to be a family of 4!
As far as where I'm at as far as blogging goes, I'm still not really sure. I started my blog long before having kids to keep me busy, and I've definitely pushed it aside since becoming a mom in 2020. I think about my little space though and how I want to get back to it, but realistically it's just hard. Managing my full-time job, our home, and our little guy is a lot as is. But when I look back, this blog brought me a lot of joy. It was just for me to have a creative outlet, and sometimes I really miss that.
